Pharmacological effects and uses:
Contains follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH),
which promotes follicle development and maturation and produces estrogen to
proliferate the endometrium. The combination of the two can reduce the sexual
function of male with low gonadotropin.
It is mainly used to promote superovulation in anovulatory infertility or
assisted pregnancy.
Usage and dosage: 1 muscle injection per day from the 3rd day of
menstruation, the course of treatment will be determined according to the
response.
Adverse reactions: ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome and multiple
pregnancies may occur.
Precautions: Apply immediately after the solution is finished. Ovarian
failure, pregnancy, pituitary tumors, ovarian tumors and thromboembolic diseases
are contraindicated.
