Description of dermatin sulfate

　　Dermatan Sulfate is white or quasi-white powder; Specific odor; It has hygroscopicity; It is soluble in water and insoluble in ethanol, acetone, ether and other organic solvents. Its salt is stable to heat and will not be destroyed when heated up to 80℃. It can be placed at room temperature for at least 2 years.

　　Dermatan Sulfate solution is viscous and does not coagulate when heated. It is unstable in case of high temperature or acid. It is mainly deacetylated or degraded into monosaccharides or polysaccharides with small molecular weight.
