ulinastatin Usage.
(1) acute pancreatitis, chronic recurrent pancreatitis, the initial l00,000
units each time dissolved in 500ml 5% glucose injection or 0.9% normal saline
injection in the intravenous drip, each time static drip 1 to 2 hours, 1 to 3
times a day, after the symptoms subside; (2) acute circulatory failure, or
100,000 units each time in 2 ml 0.9% normal saline injection, daily slow
intravenous injection 1 ~ 3 times. And can increase or decrease appropriately
according to age, symptom.
Adverse reactions
Blood system: leukopenia or eosinophil can be seen occasionally; (2) the
digestive system: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea occasionally, occasionally
increased AST, ALT; (3) injection site: vascular pain, redness, pruritus, rash,
etc. Occasionally see allergies, allergic symptoms should immediately stop the
drug, and appropriate treatment.
Matters needing attention
Have a history of drug allergy, allergic to food or allergic to the
constitution of patients with caution. When this product is used in acute
circulatory failure, it should be noted that it cannot replace general shock
therapy (infusion, oxygen inhalation, surgical treatment, antibiotics, etc.),
and the drug administration shall be terminated after the symptoms of shock are
improved. (3) please note that this product should be used quickly after
dissolution.
Drug interaction
Avoid mixing with gabel or globulin.
