purpura, infiltration, painful erythema.
Intramuscular injection should not be used. Intramuscular injection may
cause local hematoma. Epidural anesthesia should be used with caution 2 to 4
hours before surgery
Pay attention to the presence of skin or systemic allergic reactions. In
case of excessive injection of protamine to neutralize the anticoagulant effect
of low molecular weight heparin sodium, 1% protamine sulfate can be slowly
injected to neutralize heparin of 100u per 1mg
